GRIFFIN FAMILY PROJECT - 2013

Here's a little story

Scott & Jacqui met on Facebook.

He says he can't remember adding her. She doesn't believe him.

The agreed to meet up for drinks. Which she then changed to dinner. Then lunch. Eventually they went out for coffee.

Afterwards they bought shoes. For Scott.

He thought she seemed okay so asked her out again. She thought he seemed alright so said yes.

They dated in the way normal people date. . .

Except

She was in Melbourne working. He was only there for a year.

Eventually Scott said "Please come back to New Zealand with me. . ."

She said "I don't think I'm ready to give up my relationship with Bridge Road just yet. . ."

So he said "Pleaaassseeee"

And she said "Oh go on then!"

And they returned to New Zealand.

18 months later on a particularly blustery Sunday afternoon (5:23pm - 23 May 2010 to be exact) - William Scott Griffin was born, weighing a bonnie 7lb 9oz and a little family grew.

18 months after THAT they put a ring on it and got married, and 6 months after THAT Scott turned to his wife and said "hey honey...want to spend a year in the UK?"

And she said "...sure"

Two days after they landed in England Jacqui turned to Scott & said "hey honey...want to have another baby?"

And he said "...sure"

And 41 weeks later, on a particularly glorious Sunday afternoon (9:34pm - 2 June 2013 to be exact) - Julia Aurelie Grace Griffin was born, weighing a whopping 8lb 8oz and a little family was complete.

So without further ado - allow me to introduce the newest addition to our little family. Despite a desperate lack of sleep we're completely smitten.
