I've noticed there's a theme with some of my blog headings, although in my humble opinion the Beach Boys are a fairly hard act to beat!
So after our week from hell of Gastro we decided to head up to visit my parents for some well deserved R & R by the sea. That, and to see my sister who was up from Fielding. Elisabeth, if you're reading this you owe me a weekend for taking off to go game fishing!!! ;)
There's something about fresh sea air that brings out the best in people - here's some snaps of the my lovely Mum with the chunky monkey.
